Ft Myers wedding at The Heitman House

Mike and Janine are high school sweethearts. Their big day has been anticipated for years. They married on the river at The Heitman House in Fort Myers, FL.

Janine thoughtfully planned every detail. The décor had a slight rustic vibe, with sunflowers decorating table tops and local honey as party favors.

The couple opted to save their first looks for when they walked down the aisle and instead went with a first touch. It was a sweet intimate moment for both of them.

They exchanged vows with the river flowing behind them.

I had so much fun taking their portraits. They are so in love and it absolutely shows.

The reception was started by a sweet first dance, followed by a delicious dinner. They cut their cake in the middle of the dance floor - and then it was promptly moved because their guests were ready to dance!
